Shipping and Returns Policies

At Water Fusions, we stand behind our products 100%.  We carry the highest quality superfoods available and we want our customers to have the opportunity to experience them without risk. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges)*. If you do want to conduct a return, please mail back your potions to: 2236 S 1300 E Suite D7 Salt Lake City UT 84106, once we receive the items, we can provide a refund on the payment method you used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). *To receive a full refund to the original payment method used, orders must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 
                                                                                                                             

Free Shipping on Orders over $200!

We are excited to offer you free ground shipping within the United States on orders meeting or exceeding $200. If you qualify, select the free delivery (up to 12 business days) option at checkout or over the phone at 801-486-1523.
This offer is valid only for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. The free shipping option is not valid for international orders and other discounted purchases. 
        

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

Order Shipment

Orders usually ship within 7 days from the purchase date. In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or shorter amount of time. If you need rush order processing, please contact us at info@waterfusions.com. If you do not receive tracking information from us within one week of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@waterfusions.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it and contact us immediately.  If you item(s) do arrived damaged please contact us at info@waterfusions.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods.
