In fact, Mother Earth Labs’ recently conducted a third-party study on Replenish© Whey and Veggie Protein Powders to show how well the protein in the products are hydrolyzed with the added special protease and peptidase enzyme group ingredients.
The study compared One Ounce of Replenish WITH the special enzyme group and One Ounce of Replenish WITHOUT the special enzyme group as a control. In less than 10 minutes (the first measurement point), almost 100% of protein in the Replenish product with its special enzyme group was hydrolyzed.
Conversely, the product without the special enzyme group showed that even after 90 minutes (the last measurement point) only a small amount of protein had been hydrolyzed.
