As a Dietary Supplement: Take 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) at bedtime with 8 ounces of water, preferably on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after eating). If you have eaten, still take AminoSculpt. For best results, take 1 fl oz (30 ml) twice a day for a period of 90 days.
For Energy: Take 1 Tablespoon (15 ml ) of AminoSculpt upon rising, or any time during the day to support energy.
Increased Dietary Protein and Nutritional Support: Take 1-2 Tablespoons, two to three times a day between meals as desired.
