DNA Test of body Ph Levels

What is pH balance?

Your body's pH balance, also referred to as its acid-base balance, is the level of acids and bases in your blood at which your body functions best. The human body is built to naturally maintain a healthy balance of acidity and alkalinity. The lungs and kidneys play a key role in this process.

What areas of your wellness are effected by your pH levels

Our kidneys and lungs work hard to remove acids, carbon dioxide, and other intoxicants from our blood in order to regulate and maintain a healthy pH. Unfortunately, there are times when these organs are overloaded and overworked, leading to a buildup that lowers our pH and causes inflammation as our body attempts to protect vital tissues from acidic damage.

Living with chronic acidity can significantly impact our lives. Do you have any of these common symptoms?

Fatigue

Headache

Adult acne

Digestive trouble

Mood disturbances

Nausea

Rapid breathing

Appetite changes

Weakness

Rapid heart rate or arrhythmia

Mouth ulcers

Brittle hair and nails

Thankfully, there is a lot we can do to combat this acidity and work to maintain a healthy and balanced pH. All we need to do is eat, drink, move, and sleep!

EAT!

You guessed it! Fill your plate with fresh, organic fruits, veggies, whole grains, and legumes. Not only will this provide the fiber our bodies need to successfully remove acids from the body, but it also provides alkalizing minerals and the nutrition our bodies need to function optimally.

DRINK!

Very few of us drink enough pure water each day. At the base level, we should drink half our body weight in ounces of water just to stay hydrated. The more activity, heat, and intoxicants we are exposed to, the more we should drink. This helps move acids along our detoxification pathways.

MOVE!

Our lymphatic and cardiovascular systems need regular physical movement to circulate efficiently. Without movement, lymph nodes can become blocked and our hearts can grow weak leading to a buildup of acids and carbon dioxide.

SLEEP!

Getting enough quality sleep on a regular schedule is essential to maintaining a truly healthy body pH. It is during sleep that our brains flush out the toxins and acids that accumulate throughout the day.
